How It Works
- You will visit with your Spader consultant to create a customized program tailored to address your own concerns and objectives.
- Your Spader consultant will collect important information prior to your consulting session.
- Spader will prepare several valuable reports summarizing your current status for review with you during your consulting session.
- Your Spader consultant will travel to your business for a two to three-day consultation and training session with you and your key employees.
- After the on-site consultation, Spader will prepare a complete binder summarizing the findings of the visit and enclosing all the work you and your people completed together. It will include:
- Larger 11 x 17 computer-generated copies of your profit plan, including monthly targets and worksheets to track actual results each month.
- An in-depth report documenting the key issues identified within each department.
- A monthly tracking worksheet for each department manager to monitor the three to five key numbers compared to their targets each month.
