Open 10 Registration Target Due Date:  11 January, 2023

Each participant receives a complete Total Management 1 3-ring binder prior to your training. Be sure to register at least 12 calendar days before Session 1 to allow time for materials shipping. Those registering after this date date may be charged a surcharge of $35 to $105 if your participant materials must be shipped via expedited service.

Open 10 Session Dates (five-day work week, 9:30-4:30 CT daily):

• Session 1 | Mon 23 Jan 2023, 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Central Time
  • Morning and afternoon live-online sessions with multiple breaks and approximately 30- to 45-minutes for lunch.
  • 30-minutes of Office Hours for Q&A with an instructor and/or individual sessions with a Spader consultant.
  • Plan to spend 30 to 60 minutes before the next session doing self-paced application assignments.
• Session 2 | Tue 24 Jan 2023, 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Central Time
  • Morning and afternoon live-online sessions with multiple breaks and approximately 30- to 45-minutes for lunch.
  • 30-minutes of Office Hours for Q&A with an instructor and/or individual sessions with a Spader consultant.
  • Plan to spend 30 to 60 minutes before the next session doing self-paced application assignments.
• Session 3 | Wed 25 Jan 2023, 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Central Time

Live-Online Participant Expectations:

• Phones off, cameras on! Find a quiet place to participate and communicate to your co-workers that you’re unavailable all week. Consider working from home.
• Technology:
  • Desktop or laptop computer with a webcam/microphone and speakers.
  • Tablets, phones and Chromebooks are not recommended.
  • One computer for each participant.
  • Participate in a Zoom connection test session prior to session 1, and login 5 to 10 minutes early for each session.
